We will provide a unique Acquirer Reference Number (ARN), which is assigned specifically to credit/debit cards transactions. You will be able to contact your local bank’s branch and provide this number in order for them to assist further with your withdrawal.
A proof of payment document can also be issued for bank wire payments, executed more than 3 business days ago. 📄
