How to cancel my withdrawal request?

You can cancel a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed by us by following these steps:

1. Go to the ‘Manage Funds’ tab
2. Select ‘Withdrawal Requests’
3. Select ‘Cancel’

Keep in mind that if a withdrawal request has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
