If your withdrawal request was executed more than 3 working days ago and the funds have not yet appeared in your account, contact us. We will provide you with a proof of payment document, which your bank can use to locate the funds.
My bank couldn't locate the funds
If they didn't manage to find the funds with the proof of payment you received, we will need official confirmation in the form of a letter from your bank. This letter should state that the amount with a reference number on the proof of payment is not in your bank account.
