The Withdrawal Tracker is a feature designed to give you a clear view of your withdrawal requests from start to finish. The tracker provides detailed information about the status of your withdrawal, transaction details, including the execution platform, and estimated completion times based on your payment method.
This feature is available on Trading 212 app version 8.10 or later.
Where is the Withdrawal Tracker available?
You can access the widget from the Home page.
How can I view the lifecycle of my withdrawal?
You can check your withdrawal’s full lifecycle through the Menu
- To check your withdrawal’s full lifecycle: Open the Menu
- Go to Manage Funds
- Tap Withdrawal Requests
- Select your Withdrawal
You’ll see a detailed view of your withdrawal’s progress.
What do the withdrawal statuses mean?
The status of your withdrawal depends on the payment method you selected. Here’s what each status represents:
- Withdrawal Pending: The request is awaiting settlement of your closed positions. This settlement usually takes 1–2 business days.
- Withdrawal Under Review: Your withdrawal is undergoing an internal check to ensure everything is in order before we can proceed. These reviews are routine and help us maintain the security of your account and funds.
- Withdrawal Processing: Your request is being processed by our payment provider.
- Withdrawal Partially Executed: Some of your withdrawal has been sent to your payment method, and the rest has been returned to your Trading 212 account. This typically occurs when card providers limit the amount that can be paid out in a single transaction or only support partial refunds.
-
Withdrawal Executed: Your funds have been sent to your selected payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to three business days for the funds to appear in your account.
-
Withdrawal Failed: We attempted to send your funds, but the payment provider declined the transaction. This may happen if the payment method doesn’t support incoming transfers, the card has expired, or the provider is temporarily unavailable.
- Please retry or use another method.
- Withdrawal Rejected: This may happen for a number of reasons, such as compliance or account-related restrictions. If this occurs, please contact us for further details.
- Withdrawal Action Required: For security reasons, we need additional information before we can complete your withdrawal. Please contact us for further details.
- Withdrawal Cancelled: You cancelled your withdrawal request. Your funds remain available in your Trading 212 account.
How long will it take to receive my funds?
Once your withdrawal reaches the Executed status, the funds have been processed from our side.
The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment method and provider’s processing times:
