When checking the status of your transfer in-app, you will be able to see your place in the queue, as well as the estimated processing time.

Why is my transfer in the queue?
Your transfer is in the queue because there is a high demand for transfers at the moment. This helps us ensure all requests are processed fairly and efficiently. You will be notified once your transfer is processed.
How long will my transfer be in the queue?
Your position in the queue is determined by the number of requests we are processing. You can check your position in the queue and get an estimated processing time in the portfolio transfers tab.
Can I cancel my transfer while it's in the queue?
Yes, you can cancel your transfer while it's in the queue. Simply select the cancel option in your portfolio transfers tab.
Will I be notified when my transfer is processed?
Yes, once your transfer moves forward, you will receive a notification via email and push notification, as usual.
How can I enter the queue?
Only new transfer requests can enter the queue if it is enabled for your broker. Existing transfers will not be placed in the queue.
