The Account Activity statement is a comprehensive report that provides you with an overview of your account(s), including information about your orders and executed trades. This report details other account movements from the same day, presenting a holistic view of your activity.
The key components of the statement are:
- Account Overview: This section offers a snapshot of all T212 account(s) you have open. It provides a quick overview of the current state of the account(s) and movements for the day.
- Open Positions and Pending Orders: Here, you'll find detailed information about your current open positions and any pending orders.
- Executed Trades: This part of the statement provides details on all trades executed on the day, including date, asset, price, quantity, etc.
- Other Transactions: This section lists non-trading transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fees, or dividends. This comprehensive view ensures awareness of all financial movements in your account.
- Glossary: At the end of the document, a glossary explains the terms used in the statement, aiding both new and experienced investors in understanding trading terminology.
The Account Activity statement replaced the Contract notes (Invest/ISA) and Daily statements (CFDs). The Account Activity statement is triggered by your trading activity and is sent on the day following the execution date. With the introduction of this statement, we have enhanced the document's layout, providing more detailed information in an easier-to-read format.
If you have numerous trades and orders, you can use the export function in the App to download them in a .csv format.
If you encounter difficulties receiving an automated activity statement via email, we are always available to provide one manually upon request.
Note: Regulatory obligations require us to provide this document to all clients, and unsubscribing from this email is not possible.
