Most documents can be accessed and downloaded directly from the app via Menu > Documents. The format and content of the documents are standardised and cannot be modified upon request.

Confirmation of holdings
A list of all opened positions in the account.
Account activity statement
A confirmation of the recently executed trades in your account in PDF format. You can select the desired period in the app and generate a statement for any period of up to 18 months before downloading the document. We will notify you by email when it is available.
Monthly statement
Contains information on positions, account value, payments, etc. for the selected month (PDF format). You can select the desired period in the app and generate a statement for any period of up to 18 months before downloading the document. We will notify you by email when it is available.
Transaction statement
Confirmation of all your deposits, withdrawals, and account value. This document also includes your address.
Cash ISA statement
You can generate it as a transaction statement for your Cash ISA.
Costs & charges report
Breakdown of all fees and charges that you paid. You can generate it on a yearly basis.
Trading confirmation
Provides detailed information for a specific trade executed in your account. The statement is not available for orders representing corporate actions and events. The statement is also not available for Crypto accounts
Annual statement
Breakdown of your full trading activity during a tax year. You can use this document when you file your tax return.
Annual Statements and Tax Statements cannot be generated for Cash ISA or Stocks & Shares ISA accounts. These products are tax-free under current HMRC regulations, and therefore no tax documentation is produced.
Trading data export (.csv)
You can export your trading data as a .csv file directly from the app. Select the desired timeframe and type of data (e.g. orders, transactions, dividends) before downloading the file to your device. This feature is not available for CFD accounts.
Card statements
Confirmation of the transactions executed with your 212 card.
