You can request an update of your residential address directly via the trading app*. Here is how to do it:
- Go to your Menu;
- Select Settings;
- Press on Account details
- Tap on the Update address button.
- Then, you need to choose a Proof of Address document to upload:
You will then see a new window where you can upload a Proof of Address document. We will review it and will send our confirmation once the address has been changed.
