If you try to place an order that exceeds the maximum quantity or maximum position, you will see a message on the screen showing the maximum quantity you can place. Tap the quantity in the message to fill it in automatically.

The maximum position size takes into account your existing position and any active Buy orders for the same instrument, including pending Limit, Stop and Stop-Limit orders.
