How can I set up a recurring deposit via card?
You'll be able to set a recurring deposit via card in your Stock & Shares ISA, Invest, and CFD accounts. This can be done on both the mobile and web apps by following these steps👇
- Go to the Deposit window
- Select your preferred payment method
- Enable the Recurring option

When you schedule recurring deposits, the first one will be charged immediately.
How can I set up recurring deposits via instant bank transfer?
You'll be able to set a recurring deposit via Instant bank transfer in your Cash ISA account. This can be done on both the mobile and web apps by following these steps👇
- Go to the Deposit window
- Select your preferred payment method
- Enable the Recurring option
How do I cancel a recurring payment that I previously set up?
- Go to the ☰ Menu tab
- Select Manage funds
- Go to Recurring payments
- Delete the deposit schedule you wish to
How to set up a standing order?
A standing order lets you automatically send funds to your Trading 212 account on a regular basis. Standing orders are created and managed through your bank.
To set one up:
- Log in to your online or mobile banking
- Go to Payments or Standing Orders
- Set up a new standing order using your Trading 212 bank details (available in the app under Deposit funds → Bank transfer)
- Enter:
- Trading 212’s bank details
- Your unique payment reference
- The amount and frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Confirm the payment
❗️ Important
- Always include your unique account reference. Failure to do so may result in delays or returned funds. Instructions on where to find it are here.
- Standing orders are managed by your bank. Trading 212 cannot modify or cancel them.
- Standard bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.
- You can edit or cancel the standing order at any time through your bank.
