If your Trading 212 account has already been closed, you can still request statements for that account.
How long can I request statements after closing my Trading 212 account?
Depending on the entity under which you are registered, investment firms are required by applicable laws to retain personal data for a certain period of time. This legal obligation takes precedence over any “right to be forgotten” under data protection laws.
This means we won’t be able to delete your data before the end of the data retention period applicable to the entity you’re registered under. During this time, you can still request statements for your closed account.
