When you log in from a new or unrecognised device, you may be asked for a 2FA code or be required to complete a quick identity check, such as a motion selfie. This additional verification step helps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Identity checks may also be requested when attempting to perform certain actions, even after login. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure our users remain in control.
