What documents can be downloaded from the app or sent automatically?
Monthly statement: The document is sent to your email address at the beginning of each month.
Daily statement (only on CFD): Sent at the end of every day with trading activity.
Contract note (Invest and ISA): Contains the orders executed during the day.
Confirmation of holdings: Available in the Documents section of the app.
Annual statement: Can be downloaded from the Documents section once a tax year is over.
Costs & Charges: Accessible in the Documents section.
CSV report (only Invest and ISA): The option is visible in the History section of your app.
What documents cannot be downloaded but provided on demand?
Transaction statement: It contains all deposits and withdrawals made in your trading account. If you wish to receive such a document, please contact us. Our team will review your request and provide the requested document in 1-2 business days.
Confirmation letter: Provides basic information about the account you hold with Trading 212. This document can be received only after you contact us via chat or email.
