If your card has been lost, broken, or stolen and is no longer active before its expiry date, you can request its removal by contacting us in the Live chat button in your app. For security and anti-money laundering reasons, we will require the following information:
It should be in one of the following formats:
- A clear photo of a bank-issued statement that includes a visible stamp from the branch. The entire page should be visible
- A PDF document downloaded from your online banking app
The bank statement you submit should include the following details:
- Full name
- Bank account details
- Deposits to Trading 212 using the card you wish to remove
Cards that have expired are automatically removed from your account without requiring any removal requests. However, for Apple Pay and Google Pay, since we are unable to see the actual expiry date, a card removal request is necessary.
