You receive cashback when you make purchases of goods and services with the 212 Card via point-of-sale (POS) terminals or online transactions. It is paid daily to your main balance after the transaction's status changes to 'Completed'.
It may take a few days for a transaction to go from 'Pending' to 'Completed'. This depends on the merchant.
How do I check the cashback I have received?
- Go to the Card tab
- The cashback you received is available under Your cashback
- You can check the exact cashback you received for a transaction by tapping on More.
Why haven't I received cashback for my transaction?
- It may still be incomplete. Visit the transactions screen to check the status.
- The merchant might not be eligible for cashback as per the terms of the campaign. Check the list of such merchants 🔗 here.
