You need to provide a valid proof of address document. It can be either a PDF file, a screenshot or an official letter.
For us to accept it, the document should be:
- Issued in your name
- Showing your valid address
- Dated within an acceptable period (based on your entity)
- Showing all details of the document (cropped and folded documents cannot be accepted)
- Paper-issued documents must also have a QR code or barcode.

- Bank statement (issued up to 6 months ago)
- Bank certificate
- Credit card statement
- Statement of fees
- Utility bill (water, gas, electricity, heating)

- Council tax bill or tax reminder/exemption letters
- Some forms of governmental correspondence (examples include income tax bills, some letters from HMRC, etc.)
- Your ID card, residence permit or driver’s license containing your address (Only acceptable if it has not already been used for ID verification)
- Address registration certificate (issued up to 1 year ago)
- Account information from credit institution/banking service provider;
- Confirmation of a card operation/Transaction confirmation;
- Bank contract;
- Contracts with utility providers;
- Government/municipal correspondence.
