If you have lost, broken or stolen your card, you can request its removal by contacting us and providing the following information:
The document should be readable and fully visible (not covered or cropped).
- The statement must be in one of the following valid formats:
- a photo of a bank-issued document with a stamp from the branch, where the entire page/all four edges are clearly visible
- an original PDF document directly downloaded from your online banking
- The bank statement should contain the following details:
β Your full names;
β Bank account details;
β Transactions towards Trading 212 with the card you wish to remove;
Note: Unless they are added via Apple Pay or Google Pay (as we cannot see the actual expiration date), self-expiring cards are automatically removed from your account and no removal request is necessary.
