If your card has been lost, broken or stolen and is no longer active before its expiry date, you can request its removal by contacting us (↓). In line with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) precautions, we will require the below additional documentation from you to fulfil the removal request:
The ID should be valid and not an expired document. If you choose to use your ID or Driving License, we will require a photo of both the front and back sides of the document.
It should be readable and fully visible (not covered or cropped).
The document must be in a valid format, either:
- a photo of a bank-issued document with a stamp from the branch, where the entire page/all four edges are clearly visible;
- an original PDF document directly downloaded from your online banking.
The Bank statement should contain the following details, so the review of the request can be conducted swiftly:
1. Your full names;
2. Bank account details;
3. Transactions towards Trading 212 with the card you wish to remove;

*Self-expired (reached expiry date) cards are removed automatically from your account and no removal requests are needed.
