How can I keep using Trading 212 services?
All you need to do is accept a new three-way agreement between you, Trading 212 UK and Trading 212 Limited. The pop-up message below will appear on your Trading 212 account from 22 December 2020 onwards to allow you to review the agreement and provide your consent. If you do, no further action will be required.

What if I need to make a formal complaint?
You should address issues arising from the introductory agreement to Trading 212 Limited. All remaining matters should be handled by Trading 212 UK, as the execution broker, the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman accordingly.
What if I haven’t decided yet before January 1st 2021?
As of 1 January 2021, if you have not consented, your account will be put in "close only" mode, meaning you will no longer be able to place new trades, only close existing ones.
