Where can I see my cashback progress?
- Cashback overview: monthly/all-time earnings, pending cashback, history
- Offers overview: active, limited-time, expired, or by category
- Transaction details: status of each cashback entry, merchant, and transaction details
- Card section: active and available offers
When will I not receive cashback?
Cashback may not be awarded if:
- You purchase through third-party platforms or payment facilitators
- Any of your Trading 212 accounts are suspended or closed
- You breach the Programme Terms, Invest Terms, or other agreements
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
Can cashback be reversed after I receive it?
Yes. Cashback may be reversed if:
- Your transaction is later refunded or cancelled
- Fraud, abuse, or Terms violations are suspected
