If you were invited to the platform using someone else's referral link, please ensure that you have fulfilled all the participation criteria:
- You have successfully verified your ID.
- You hold an activated 212 Card, have deposited funds into your account and made 3 transactions of £5/€5 each.
- The reward is allocated within three business days after meeting the criteria above.
Upon meeting all criteria listed above and not receiving a reward, you can try entering the referral link ID in the ‘Use promo code’ section of the app.
If I enter a promo code after being referred, why does the message 'Bonus already claimed' appear?
It means that your account is already linked with a referral link or a promo code. If you still haven't received your reward, keep in mind that its allocation can take up to 3 business days.
