Who can participate?
You can participate if you:
- Join the Trading 212 AVD waitlist and associated AVD newsletter during the Campaign Period.
- Are a new Trading 212 customer with no previous Trading 212 account of any type.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Are a resident of Germany for tax purposes at waitlist sign-up and throughout the Lock-Up.
- Open and fund a Trading 212 Invest account with at least EUR 1 before the Campaign Period ends.
Keep your Invest account funded throughout the Lock-Up.
Participation must be in your own name and for non-commercial purposes only.
What is the Minimum Deposit?
The Minimum Deposit is EUR 1.
You need to make the Minimum Deposit into your Trading 212 Invest account in order to be eligible for the Waitlist Bonus.
Does my waitlist email need to match my Trading 212 account email?
Yes. The email address used for the AVD waitlist must match the email address registered to your Trading 212 account when your Reward Share eligibility is verified.
Can I transfer the Reward Share to another account?
No. The Reward Share is allocated to the Invest account where the qualifying deposit was first made. The Lock-Up cannot be bypassed by moving the reward or its cash value to another account.
Can I refuse the Reward Share?
Yes. You can refuse the Reward Share within 24 hours from receipt by contacting us through the Help Centre.
You can also cancel the Reward Share at the time of allocation. You will not receive a replacement Reward Share for a refused or cancelled one.
If you cancelled the allocation unintentionally, contact us through the Help Centre so we can review the case.
What if I am not allowed to own a specific share?
If you are not allowed to own a specific share, for example because of a conflict of interest, you must inform us before participating or within 48 hours after the Reward Share is allocated.
Who is not eligible?
You are not eligible if:
- You already have or previously had any Trading 212 account.
- You are not a resident of Germany for tax purposes.
- You are under 18.
- You do not complete all campaign requirements before the Campaign Period ends.
- Your waitlist email does not match your Trading 212 account email.
- You participate using automated procedures, commercial methods, or third-party arrangements.
- You are a Trading 212 employee, a relative of a Trading 212 employee up to the third degree, or another associated person excluded under the campaign terms.
