Can I use multiple promo codes?
Please be aware that you cannot use more than one Promo Code across the Invest, Stocks ISA and/or SIPP accounts you hold with us.
Can a promo link and a promo code be used at the same time?
No, you may only choose one of these options to participate in the Promotion and receive a reward from us, provided you are eligible to take part in the Promotion.
Can a promo code be rejected?
Yes. It might be rejected if you haven't met our eligibility requirements in the Promo Code Terms and the Promotion Specific Requirement(s), which are available on our website for the relevant Promotion.
I used a promo code for the opening of my SIPP account - where is my reward?
Rewards can't be paid into a SIPP Account, so we pay them into your Invest account instead. Everything else works as normal - you can meet the requirements of the promotion by using a promo code to open your SIPP Account.
If you don't have an Invest account with us, or it isn't fully set up, we'll hold your reward and send you a notification. Once you open your Invest account, we'll release the reward there. This has to happen before the promotion's eligibility period ends - after that, the reward expires.

Most of the codes can only be used to open a new Invest Account, Stocks ISA Account or SIPP Account with us. If you previously had either any of these accounts with any entity within the Trading 212 Group (globally) and tried to open a new one using a code, you will not be eligible to receive a reward under the Promotions we run.
