Some of the most common reasons:
- You entered the CVV incorrectly 3 times.
- You have entered the PIN incorrectly 3 times. You will need to wait 24 hours until you're able to make another payment with the card.
- We detected suspicious or fraudulent activity. We will contact you for clarifications if that's the case.
- You're trying to use an old/expired card for a purchase.
You can unfreeze your card via the Trading 212 Card dashboard in the app. If you are unable to do so, contact us, and we will do it for you.
