You can request an update of your residential address directly via the trading app*. Here is how to do it 👇
- Go to your Menu;
- Select Settings;
- Press on My account;
- Choose Personal details and edit your address.
We may need to request additional Proof of Address in order for your address to be updated.
Depending on where your account is registered, the acceptable documents may vary - here you can see the requirements for a proof of address. Make sure to check the document acceptance criteria.
