Steps for requesting an ISA Transfer from another provider:
1. Find the Transfer Authority Form 📃
2. Fill in your personal details and read the declaration. If you are unsure what your correct ISA account number is, you can see it here or you can contact us;
3. Sign the form with your physical signature;
4. Send it as an attached file here by choosing ISA -> ISA Transfers as Category.
Note 1: We cannot send transfer request forms by post. If your provider requires it, we will let you know.
Note 2: To transfer multiple accounts, please fill in a separate form for each transferred account.

What is my existing account's ISA reference?
This refers to your ISA's account number/reference with your current provider. If you don't have this information yet, you can request it from your current provider.
Note: For Cash ISAs, please provide both an Account Number and a Sort Code, if applicable.
What is the ISA provider’s address?
This field requires the address of your provider's main office.
What should be included under 'Current year' in the transfer authority form?
If you wish to transfer your subscriptions from the current tax year, please check the box and indicate the total amount deposited since the beginning of the current financial year in the designated field.
Note: The UK financial year starts on April 6th and ends on April 5th.
What should be included under 'Previous tax year ISA' in the form?
If you wish to transfer the entire amount of your subscriptions from the previous tax year, select and check the first box only. If you intend to make a partial transfer from the previous tax year, check the box and specify the amount you wish to transfer in the designated field.
What should I include under 'Total amount being transferred'?
Enter the approximate total amount of the transfer, including any proceeds or capital gains that are not counted as subscriptions.
