Filling the ISA Transfer form is easy and we will guide you through it with the following steps:
1. Find the PDF format of the form at the bottom of this article.
2. Carefully fill in your personal details and read the declaration. If you want to find out your ISA account number, you can do it in the following way here, or contact us and we'll gladly provide you with it.
3. Sign the form with your physical signature and then contact us by choosing ISA -> ISA Transfers as Category and adding the transfer authority as an attachment to the ticket
*Depending on the other provider's requirements, it might be required for the original form to be posted. If this is the case we will inform you accordingly once the request is submitted via our Contact Form.
*If you wish to request an ISA transfer for more than one account with one provider (or different), you should provide us with a separate ISA Transfer Authority for each account you'd like to transfer.
Additional Information - ISA Transfer Authority
ISA reference of your existing account
This is the account number/reference of your ISA with the current provider. If you don’t know it yet, they should be able to provide you with this information.
ISA provider’s name
Fill in your current provider’s name here.
ISA provider’s address
This field requires the address of your provider's main office.
Current tax year ISA
If you wish to transfer your current year subscriptions, you should tick the box and indicate the amount deposited since the beginning of the current financial year in the field below.
*The financial year in the UK starts on the 6th of April and ends on the 5th of April.
Previous tax year ISA
If you wish to transfer the full amount of your previous tax year subscriptions, you should only choose and tick the first box from the options.
In case you wish to make a partial previous year transfer, you will need to tick the box and specify the amount you wish to transfer in the field below.
Total amount being transferred
This box should contain the approximate available amount of the whole transfer. This should include any proceeds or capital gains that otherwise do not count as a subscription.
