Steps for requesting an ISA Transfer from another provider:
1. Find the Transfer Authority Form 📃
2. Fill in your personal details and read the declaration. If you are unsure what your correct ISA account number is, you can see it here or you can contact us;
3. Sign the form with your physical signature and send it as an attached file here by choosing ISA -> ISA Transfers as Category.
Note 1: We cannot send transfer request forms by post. If your provider requires it, we will let you know.
Note 2: To transfer multiple accounts, please fill in a separate form for each transferred account.
Additional Information - ISA Transfer Authority
- ISA reference of your existing account
This is the account number/reference of your ISA with the current provider. If you don’t know it yet, they should be able to provide you with this information.
Note: For Cash ISAs, please include both an Account number and a Sort Code, if applicable. - ISA provider’s name
Fill in your current provider’s name here. - ISA provider’s address
This field requires the address of your provider's main office. - Current tax year ISA
If you wish to transfer your current year subscriptions, you should tick the box and indicate the amount deposited since the beginning of the current financial year in the field below.
Note: The financial year in the UK starts on the 6th of April and ends on the 5th of April. - Previous tax year ISA
If you wish to transfer the full amount of your previous tax year subscriptions, you should only choose and tick the first box from the options.
In case you wish to make a partial previous year transfer, you will need to tick the box and specify the amount you wish to transfer in the field below. - Total amount being transferred
This box should contain the approximate available amount of the whole transfer. This should include any proceeds or capital gains that otherwise do not count as a subscription.
