Our Stocks and Shares ISA is a non-flexible ISA and any replaced withdrawals will count as a subscription for the tax year in which it is subscribed.
In this case, if you have deposited £5,000 and you decide to withdraw £500, the balance in your ISA might be £4,500, but your current tax year subscriptions will remain £5,000, and any deposited funds later will be added on top of these subscriptions.
If you have deposited £10,000 to your ISA for the current financial year and you decide to move funds to your CFD or Invest account*, the deposit will still be counted as a subscription to the current year.
*A transfer of funds from the CFD/Invest account into the ISA also counts as a valid deposit and is reflected in the ISA allowance.
